• Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, interests, and budget constraints to tailor unique honeymoon itineraries.
• Design travel packages that include accommodations, transportation, activities, and special romantic touches.
• Research suppliers, resorts, airlines, and other partners to secure the best deals and exclusive perks for our clients.
• Obtain Travel Agent certification and specialize in honeymoons.
• Manage all aspects of the booking process, including reservations, payments, and documentation.
• Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, health and safety information, and local customs.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the entire honeymoon planning process, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Handle any changes or unexpected issues that may arise during the travel period, ensuring a seamless and stress‑free experience for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging destinations, and travel regulations to continually enhance the quality of our offerings.

• Previous experience in luxury travel coordination, destination wedding planning, or a related role is preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and partners.
• Passion for travel and a keen understanding of what makes a honeymoon truly special.
• Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
• Creative thinking and a drive to consistently exceed client expectations.
• Self‑disciplined and good with time management.
• Must be 18 years old.
