• Assist potential customers in navigating the online insurance shopping experience and obtaining quotes for health insurance options
• Address and resolve basic administrative and billing questions for existing customers
• Communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email while documenting interactions using support ticketing software
• Propose process and product solutions to enhance customer experience
• Contribute to the Support team’s mission to delight customers and eliminate fear of purchasing health insurance

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
• Highly productive with strong multitasking skills
• Passion for helping people, especially regarding their health
• Ability to work in a high-volume contact center environment
• Fantastic oral and written communication skills

• Familiarity with support ticketing and/or support CRM software tools
• Strong desire to assist small businesses and their employees with health insurance inquiries
