• Receive and document customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner
• Ensure all company procedures are followed in processing member requests
• Input accurate trip data into company systems
• Educate members on services and their insurance coverage
• Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• 0-2 years of related experience, with 6+ months in a contact center or customer service role
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to type 35 wpm or more and answer a high volume of calls (up to 100+ per day)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to talk and type simultaneously

• Experience in a fast-paced environment with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently under general supervision
• Experience with high-volume customer service settings
