Customer Support Administration - These teams are the backbone of our operations, maintaining a customer‑first ethos for both our internal and external customers. Covering a range of activities from fines logging, payments and administration as well as resolving complaints and answering queries looking at charges presented to the customer, the roles within this function are the foundation of our business having a direct impact on our customers and organisations performance.

With interactions being mainly via email or chat platform with limited telephony enquiries comes plenty of opportunity to utilise your power of the written word. Bring your passion for great customer experiences, along with confident phone skills and clear written communication, to understand and respond to our customers' needs - all while working together towards our One Team, One Mission, One Outcome goal.

Qualifications

Salary
- Starting at £23,874 + monthly performance bonus. Working Hours - Monday - Friday 8:00 - 18:00 on a 4-week rotation for work-life balance (no late evenings). Saturday working 8:00 - 12:00 (Work from Home). Transport - Free onsite parking, discounted EV charging points, Cycle 2 work scheme, plus easy access via local train and bus routes.…
