As a Customer Service Representative, you will help Turbo Tax customers by answering questions concerning Turbo Tax products and tax return software. Most questions involve downloading, logging in, getting started with basic navigation, importing documents, printing and filing, and basic tax inquiries. We provide continuous support for everything.

• No specific accounting background required; enthusiasm for learning and helping Turbo Tax customers is essential.
• Strong communication skills; able to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically.
• Capacity to understand and empathize with customers while driving innovation and providing top‑notch service.
