We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Luxury Travel Consultant to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of luxury travel, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to craft unique and personalized travel itineraries. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a network of high‑end travel suppliers, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets.
• Itinerary Planning: Design and create customized, high‑end travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, exclusive tours, and unique experiences.
• Booking and Reservations: Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements, ensuring precision and timely bookings.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional, white‑glove service before, during, and after travel to ensure a flawless and memorable experience.
• Travel Advice: Offer expert advice on luxury destinations, accommodations, travel regulations, and health and safety information.
• Sales: Promote and sell luxury travel packages and services to meet sales targets.
• Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and travel documents.
• Networking: Build and maintain relationships with high‑end travel suppliers, including luxury hotels, airlines, and tour operators.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a luxury travel consultant or similar role in the travel industry.
• Extensive knowledge of luxury travel destinations, high‑end accommodations, and exclusive experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
