You will support clients from their first inquiry through their journey in our online wellness and performance pathways, ensuring they feel informed, supported, and encouraged at every stage.

• Engage with prospective clients to explore our training programs and services
• Support new clients with onboarding, scheduling, and next steps
• Maintain communication throughout their journey to offer guidance and encouragement
• Coordinate with facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of our programs
• Track client milestones, feedback, and progress
• Provide a positive experience that reflects our brands values of integrity, support, and empowerment

• Experience in wellness services, online learning, client support, or consulting
• Excellent communication skills and natural relationship-building ability
• The ability to self-manage and work independently Confidence with virtual tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
