Work From Home - Customer Service Representative (PM Shifts)

Join a world‑leading hotel call center based in Phoenix, AZ. This is a Contract to Hire position that offers a stable path toward permanent employment.

• Answer inbound calls from prospective guests and travel agents.
• Assist with booking new reservations or updating existing requests.
• Handle general questions and inquiries related to hotel services.
• Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, special events, and amenities.
• Follow established protocols to ensure high‑quality customer service and compliance with company policies.

• Must reside in or near Phoenix, AZ.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection (paid $50/month by the client).
• Excellent verbal communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to work any 8‑hour shift Monday‑Sunday, including weekends, with a preference for the PM shift 12:30 pm–midnight.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior customer‑service experience is a plus.

Hourly pay: $17.00 per hour; $18.70 per hour for hours after 6:00 pm. Additional performance bonuses of $200‑$400 per month may be earned.
