. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will provide consistent, professional support throughout the travel planning and coordination process, focusing on communication, organization, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Provide personalized assistance and address concerns during the planning and travel process.
  • Ensure all travel-related information shared with clients is current, accurate, and complete.
  • Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and seamless experiences.
  • Identify and resolve client issues efficiently to support a positive overall experience.
