[Customer Support / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $60K per year / Medical, dental & vision / Retirement benefits / PTO - As a Customer Service Rep at Solventum, you will:
Act as the primary liaison between Solventum and our customers;
Manage order entry and end-to-end order support;
Handle order status updates, product information inquiries, pricing, shipping, inventory requests, and issue resolution;
Communicate clearly and professionally with external customers and internal partners via phone and written correspondence;
Educate customers on processes and directing them to appropriate resources to drive self-service and reduce friction.
