Job Overview

MERCIER CONSULTANCY MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Health Tech Company, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and customer service. As a member of our dedicated team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries related to health technology products and services while communicating effectively in Dutch.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer inquiries related to health technology products, services, and functionalities via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
  • Provide comprehensive information on product features, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting
  • Assist customers with account-related questions and technical support as necessary
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide timely feedback and improve customer experiences
  • Stay updated on new product developments and healthcare industry trends to offer informed support
Requirements
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
  • Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-driven mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
