Job Overview
MERCIER CONSULTANCY MD is excited to offer an opportunity for Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representatives for a leading Health Tech Company, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about healthcare technology and customer service. As a member of our dedicated team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries related to health technology products and services while communicating effectively in Dutch.
Key Responsibilities- Manage customer inquiries related to health technology products, services, and functionalities via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Provide comprehensive information on product features, usage guidelines, and troubleshooting
- Assist customers with account-related questions and technical support as necessary
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for effective follow-up
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide timely feedback and improve customer experiences
- Stay updated on new product developments and healthcare industry trends to offer informed support
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a remote setting
- Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools is desirable
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
