Job Description

We are seeking Customer Service Representatives (CSR) to join our team. This role requires at least one year of experience in a call center environment. CSRs serve as the frontline for our organization, handling a variety of tasks including:

+ Managing inbound and outbound calls

+ Performing general clerical duties and data entry

+ Processing picture IDs and handling customer requests

+ Providing receptionist and administrative support

You will assist callers with applying for ADA Core Services programs and other disability-based programs. Daily responsibilities will be split between call handling and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound calls from members, clients, and facilities to verify eligibility and coordinate non-emergent transportation and/or paratransit services

+ Provide exceptional customer service to a diverse population

+ Enter customer contact information accurately into software systems

+ Conduct outbound calls and schedule trips in the most cost-effective manner

+ Respond to inquiries and document complaints professionally

+ Support special projects as needed

+ Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations

+ Manage office equipment and vendor relationships

+ Design and maintain filing systems and electronic records

+ Provide comprehensive reception coverage

Requirements

+ Minimum: 1 year of call center experience (any industry)

+ Preferred:
Experience handling high-volume calls (approx. 80/day)

+ Ability to work with an automatic dialer system (calls are back-to-back)

+ Dedicated workspace and internet speed of at least 30 Mbps (no hotspots)

+ Must not be in a caretaking role during work hours

Work Environment

+ Training:
Fully in-office at the address listed above

+ Free parking available in a parking garage

+ Calls come from nationwide members; shifts are in Central Time Zone

+ Three shift options available (preferences noted but not guaranteed)

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Phoenix, AZ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
