• Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
• Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
• Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experience
• Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive attitude

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Technical support experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
• Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address for residence

• Experience with technical support in a customer service environment
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing situations
• Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC systems
