• Provide telephone support to external customers related to specialized restaurant equipment
• Track customer communication and update information in the employer's CRM software
• Assess customer needs and provide appropriate support and communication
• Offer troubleshooting assistance over the phone using provided documentation
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly call reports

• Minimum 1+ years of related experience in hands‑on equipment repair and customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish preferred

• Experience with customer service in a call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM software and troubleshooting documentation
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
