Group Travel Booking Specialist

We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Group Travel Booking Specialists
. In this role, you’ll help coordinate and organize group vacations, celebrations, and events—creating seamless and memorable travel experiences for clients.

• Consult with group leaders to understand travel preferences, goals, and budgets
• Plan and coordinate group trips, including flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and special events
• Manage group reservations, deposits, and final payments accurately and efficiently
• Maintain consistent communication and provide exceptional customer support throughout the booking process
• Stay up to date on destination trends, vendor group policies, and promotional offers to provide expert guidance

Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality preferred (travel industry experience a plus)
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple group bookings at once

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Must be 18+ with reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace

• Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship—no prior travel experience required
