You’ll be at the forefront of our client experience, the first point of connection between clients and the powerhouse team of attorneys ready to fight for them. Handling 50-100 inbound calls a day, you’ll serve as the welcoming voice that not only answers client inquiries but truly engages them—laying the foundation for a trusting, lasting relationship. You’ll be the critical link guiding clients from their first call to a formal consultation with our legal experts.
WhatYou’ll Do Every Day
- Create Exceptional First Impressions:
Represent Michael & Associates with warmth and professionalism, making potential clients feel supported from the moment they call. - Handle High-Volume Calls with Precision:
Manage a large volume of inbound calls (50-100 daily), answering client questions with clarity, providing guidance, and setting up appointments with attorneys for consultations. - Own the Client Journey:
Partner with our internal teams to coordinate appointment setting and follow-up, ensuring a seamless, tailored client experience from start to finish.

- Experience in a call center environment is required (this is a non-negotiable qualification).
- We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders.
- This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
- Salary Range: $6 – $9 per hour (based on your experience and performance)
