Responsibilities- Supervise and manage a team of Benefit Representatives.
- Meet with members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, and parent groups.
- Review the family’s existing benefits, explain additional benefits, and handle enrollment.
- No management experience needed; full training provided.
- Experience in customer service or training is an advantage.
Benefits Representatives will be part of a growing team that meets with a diverse clientele to explain and enroll members in additional benefit options.
