In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for a portfolio of clients. Your focus will be on ensuring their satisfaction, maintaining strong relationships, and identifying potential risks to support client success.
What You'll Do:- Manage day‑to‑day client interactions and regular check‑ins.
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns as needed.
- Track updates and maintain client records.
- Support coordination with internal teams.
- Contribute to client retention efforts.
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client‑facing roles.
- Understanding of software development or technology services.
- Experience managing multiple accounts.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Advanced level of English.
- Work‑from‑home hardware setup.
