Charleston Water Taxi is looking for a dedicated Call Center Representative to join our team. This full-time, remote position is based in Olanta and offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing top-notch transportation services in the area.

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, reservations, and providing information about our services. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and enhancing the overall experience of our transportation solutions. Join us in making every journey memorable!

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with reservations and service information

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
