• Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support related to telematics, data services, and fleet management
• Provide administrative problem resolution to end-users, guiding customers through step-by-step solutions
• Take ownership of complex issues, working independently and collaboratively across teams
• Capture customer support trends and report findings to management
• Manage customer handling processes and maintain communication with internal stakeholders

• High school diploma required;
  Associate or college degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience
• Experience working on a Percepta or Ford program is advantageous
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

• Previous experience in operations program handling processes
• Strong empathy and awareness of customer loyalty drivers
• Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively both independently and as part of a team
