Position: Customer Service / Tech Support Rep – Financial (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Offer additional products and/or services to enhance customer experiences
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on problem‑solving
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong focus on building customer relationships
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction‑free environment from home
  • Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking and strong computer navigation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Technical support experience preferred
  • Eagerness to learn new technologies
  • Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions
  • A desktop or laptop capable of completing PC and internet testing
  • Experience with customer service in a financial context
