• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and overall trip objectives.

• Design customized cruise and travel itineraries tailored to individual needs.

• Arrange and manage reservations for cruises, accommodations, transportation, and activities.

• Ensure all travel details, confirmations, and documentation are accurate and organized.

• Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients before, during, and after travel.

• Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings to provide informed recommendations.

• Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to maintain service standards and efficiency.

• Strong interest in travel, cruising, and destination planning.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
