Remote Cruise & Travel Advisor
to assist clients in planning exceptional travel experiences. In this fully remote role, you will guide travelers through the planning process, manage logistics, and ensure each trip is seamless from start to finish. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy travel planning, client interaction, and delivering personalized service.
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and overall trip objectives.
Design customized cruise and travel itineraries tailored to individual needs.
Arrange and manage reservations for cruises, accommodations, transportation, and activities.
Ensure all travel details, confirmations, and documentation are accurate and organized.
Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication with clients before, during, and after travel.
Stay informed on travel trends, destinations, and supplier offerings to provide informed recommendations.
Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to maintain service standards and efficiency.
Strong interest in travel, cruising, and destination planning.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
Professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
Close attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial but not required.
