In this role, you'll work remotely to coordinate travel arrangements, manage bookings, and deliver top-tier service to clients across the globe.
Key Responsibilities- Assist clients with booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and curated travel itineraries
- Communicate with vendors and partners to confirm and manage reservations
- Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and clarity
- Monitor travel trends, regulations, and destination requirements
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in all travel documentation and booking details
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with digital tools, including online booking platforms and CRM systems
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
