Schreiter Group of Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a full‑time entry‑level Benefits Coordinator / Customer Service Representative to serve as the face of our company and protect our members and families. This position offers a competitive income of $54k‑$110k in the first year plus excellent benefits!

Day in the Life as a Benefits Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
- Receive thorough job training that provides all the tools necessary for success.
- Spend most of the day on the phone, engaging in inbound and outbound calling, chatting with people, and making personal connections so every customer feels valued.
- Work through a local bargaining agreement that supplies available leads, making the job simple and purposeful.
- Enjoy making a difference in the lives of our clients as a Benefits Coordinator.
- Use organizational skills to schedule appointments.
- Provide presentations to union members requesting training on our benefits, basic computer knowledge, paperwork completion, quality control, and leadership development.
- Take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service, with the potential for future management opportunities.
