Bilingual Service Representative (Mandarin) – Totalcare Walk-In Clinic Inc

We are seeking a Mandarin- and English-speaking Customer Experience Specialist to support patients of a global healthcare organization. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact, delivering accurate, compassionate, and timely assistance through phone-based support.
This position is ideal for professionals who value stability, remote work, and long-term career development in the healthcare support industry.
Key Responsibilities- Provide inbound phone support to patients, including:
- Appointment scheduling and follow-ups
- Medication refill coordination
- Basic inquiries regarding lab results and services
- Handle an average of 80 calls per shift while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Document interactions clearly and comply with service and data standards
- Collaborate with an international support team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- 80,000 – 100,000 PHP monthly salary
- Permanent work-from-home setup

- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written)
