• Consult with clients to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budget
• Research destinations, accommodations, excursions, and transportation options
• Create customized travel itineraries, vacation packages, and destination recommendations
• Coordinate bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, tours, and activities
• Provide clients with travel details, tips, and support before and during their trips
• Maintain accurate client records and manage booking documentation
• Stay informed on current travel trends, promotions, and destination updates
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless client experience

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Passion for travel and helping others explore the world
• Basic computer skills (email, online booking tools, spreadsheets)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in travel planning, hospitality, or customer service is a plus (but not required training is provided)
