About You

What The Role Is

The Operations team is growing and looks for candidates who excel in a fast‑paced environment. You will handle all customer inquiries, communicate with partners to problem‑solve and troubleshoot issues in real time, ensure seamless venue operations, and monitor sales data throughout the night to optimize performance and revenue. This is a full‑time, salaried position that requires weekend and evening work. The role is remote;

eligible locations are Alaska or Hawaii.

In This Role You Will

• Support the Venue Success team on an ongoing basis to ensure our venue partners’ issues and questions are handled quickly, thoroughly and professionally.
• Be a product and knowledge expert for Line Leap technology and processes, troubleshooting partner issues in real time.
• Have a strong customer focus by answering inquiries in a timely manner and assisting with questions.
• Quickly observe and report any issues or trends via feedback loops with the Line Leap team.
• Analyze sales data nightly to optimize revenue during peak hours.
• Adapt to shifting priorities with tasks such as data entry, research, bar crawl, and ticketing support.

The Other Requirements

• This is a remote‑first position with an atypical schedule; weekend work is required.
• Schedule will involve evening hours.
• Remote location required:
  Hawaii.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $50,000 – $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
