• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally
• Determine customer concerns and schedule necessary appointments
• Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they feel heard and informed
• Document and update customer records accurately
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships

• Must provide your own equipment
• Positive, energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude
• Proficient computer skills and ability to manage multiple systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills (written and verbal)
• High School Diploma or equivalent; must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Previous customer service or call center experience
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute
• Located in Utah, Texas, Nevada, Arizona, Wyoming, or Iowa
