In this role, you will own and grow a book of business made up of Group Coordinators. Your responsibilities include qualifying, following up with, and converting sales leads to customers via outbound phone sales. You’ll drive sustainable and scalable growth, address business challenges, and build a loyal customer base that wants to travel with us year after year. Internally, you’ll help create a world‑class sales team motivated by learning, professional growth, and consistently hitting key sales metrics.

• Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English. The majority of this role will be performed in English, but Spanish will be called upon from time to time to accommodate Spanish‑speaking travelers.

• Compensation: First‑year Tour Consultants have an on‑target earning potential of $70,000 (base $50,000 + $20,000 bonus). Uncapped bonus for exceeding goals. Eligible for promotion to Senior Tour Consultant after 2 years of exceeding goals, with increased OTE of $95,000 ($65,000 base + $30,000 bonus). Full compensation details are reviewed during the interview process.
