This is a limited remote role. To be considered, you must reside in Oklahoma (OK), Kansas (KS), or Missouri (MO).

Our Bilingual Remote Account Specialists provide excellent customer service in a remote call center environment. They handle inbound and outbound calls in both Spanish and English to assist our customers with applications, information verification, and payment support.

• Handle all correspondence with customers using confidence, courtesy, and professionalism to support the department’s vision of a customer centric call center
• Effectively communicate Terms and Conditions and the value of our product
• Assist customers with filling out application via telephone
• Answer customer questions regarding applications and customer accounts
• Verify accuracy of all information provided on online application
• Take payments via telephone and provide payment assistance options when available
• Submit applications and relay results to the customer
• Understand the need to elevate customer calls when appropriate
• Maintain database on new and existing customers
• Meet quality and productivity goals
• Other duties as assigned

• Reside in Oklahoma, Kansas, or Missouri
• Internet service with a wired connection to router, minimum download speed of 10

• Work afternoons, evenings, and weekends as scheduled
• Quiet, office-like workspace, free of distraction

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 to 3 months related experience and/or training
• Bilingual - Spanish
