• Make outbound calls to utility customers to encourage enrollment in energy‑saving programs
• Drive success in a high‑volume sales environment while meeting production and quality goals
• Identify customer eligibility and consistently close enrollments
• Participate actively as a team member in a remote setting
• Navigate scripts effectively to support customers’ energy needs

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing environment
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
• No attendance or punctuality concerns
• Comfortable with a committed schedule including set lunches and breaks

• Previous call center experience in an inbound/outbound sales environment
• Bilingual ability to assist Spanish‑speaking customers
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer service satisfaction
