Most of our teams are two or three people, and in a Client Support Team Professional role, you are a critical member of that team along with the financial advisor. You are the first voice a client hears when they call, and the first face they see when they walk in the door.

Branch Office Administrator (BOA) – Full‑time, located at 19 S Washington St, Berkeley Springs, WV. This role teams with financial advisors to provide administrative support and to help clients achieve long‑term financial goals. The posting is anticipated to remain open for 30 days from 09‑Jan‑2026.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional personalized service, ensuring clients feel understood and informed.
- Assist in the annual business planning process, developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients' lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Provide account management support: account opening, transfers, transaction processing, and record‑keeping.
- Offer administrative & operational support: schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, and support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain strong client relationships through inbound/outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Use technology tools (Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc.) and keep up to date with firm‑provided software.
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and strong conversational skills.
- Digital tool utilization and teamwork.
- Client service orientation and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong computer literacy and willingness to learn new technology.
- Comprehensive 6‑month training with an experienced peer mentor.
