• Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers in the commercial and industrial waste sector
• Make outbound calls and receive inbound calls to manage customer relationships and retention
• Develop knowledge of the company's services and pricing structures to effectively communicate with customers
• Perform contractual re-signs and respond to cancellation requests according to established policies
• Utilize Salesforce to document customer interactions and sales activities

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required
• 0 - 2 years of customer service experience required
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and respond to their needs
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools preferred
• Must be able to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Experience in the waste or transportation industry
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to handle customer inquiries
• Knowledge of environmental services and sustainability practices
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
