We are now recruiting Customer Services employees to join our online chat department.
Responsibilities- You will ensure excellent customer service is always provided whilst communicating courteously and accurately.
- You will provide a fast and efficient online chat service to new and existing customers.
- Two GCSE’s or equivalent in English and Math’s.
- Excellent Customer service skills broadcast with a minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills both written and breeding.
- Must be willing to pursue APA/CIP insurance qualifications.
- Previous online chat experience.
- Previous experience gained within the insurance industry.
