Responsibilities:

Manage provisioning requests for Business Line voice and internet products, ensuring their delivery on time.

Coordinate and issue different types of orders for Mid and Large Business Markets.

Responsible for the quality and precision of all types of orders.

Treat unusual and complex situations.

Qualifications:

You are bilingual
: you must speak English and French. English will be required for a majority of the work volume.

Eligibility criteria: Available to work up to 40 hours a week - Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM (EST). Candidates must reside within 100 km of the NQX Laval center to be able to travel there, if necessary;
For work from home, high-speed Internet connection of at least 25 MBPS and a secure, quiet space;

Ability to work in a computerized environment and perform various tasks simultaneously;

Excellent attention to details, analytical capabilities and most importantly a sincere desire to help others. Customer service et problem solving are your strengths!

High level of competency in staying organized and managing priorities;

Excellent written communication skills;

Fast to adapt and capable of working under pressure;

You are looking to be part of a winning team, to grow within it personally and professionally and possess an appetite to learn and develop;

Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook);

Knowledge of Bell Business Market products and processes is an asset;
