AboutThe Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self‑motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role requires the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, flexibility, an aptitude for learning, understanding, and conveying information. You will treat every customer with utmost courtesy while maintaining a positive outlook on every call. Excellent communication skills are vital, as is a friendly and respectful demeanor.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests.
- Work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills consistently.
- Identify and elevate issues to supervisors.
- Adapt to fast‑changing guidelines with customers.
- Inform clients by explaining procedures, answering questions, and providing information.
- Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
- Minimum of one year experience in an inbound/outbound call center or retail environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while speaking on the phone, using the computer, and typing simultaneously.
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
- Demonstrated customer service skills and adherence to quality requirements.
- Pass a background check.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
