The Role

As a Reservations Representative at JSX, you’ll play a vital role in delivering world-class service to our Customers. Whether you’re assisting with flight reservations, responding to inquiries, or resolving concerns, your professionalism and product knowledge ensure every Customer feels supported and appreciated. In this role, you’ll be empowered to create lasting impressions and provide first-contact resolutions that reinforce our brand’s reputationinery for warmth, consistency, and care.

This is a fully remote position for candidates in the Rapid City area.

A Day in the Life Role

• Respond promptly to Customer questions via phone with accuracy and empathy.
• Handle service-related concerns with grace and professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Guide Customers through the booking process, changes, and travel policies with clarity and confidence.
• Collaborate with internal teams when escalations or operational issues arise.
• Stay current on JSX products, promotions, and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Support a culture of hospitality, efficiency, and brand pride—one conversation at a time.

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent
• 1+ year in a customer support or contact center environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong working knowledge of interest-based systems and software tools
• Proficient in keyboarding and multitasking in real time
• Fluent in English—spoken and written
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including early mornings, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays)

• Must live within two hours of a JSX base

Pay and Perks

Compensation is $18.00/hour.
