Client Relationship Manager, Customer Service Rep
Overview
Are you passionate about financial advisory services and building strong client relationships? As a Client Services Associate II
, you'll play a crucial role in promoting our Advisory Services both internally and within the community. You'll work closely with investment advisors to grow revenue and assets under management, while actively supporting our customer service philosophy and culture.
The position is available anywhere in the United Community Bank footprint. This is a in-office/non-remote position.
- NOTE: The CSA must hold the SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 OR
obtain the SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 within 6 months of hire. United Community will sponsor the study course and exam. - Collaborate and Grow
:
Partner with investment advisors to increase sales, maintain client support, and resolve service issues. - Client Engagement
:
Manage all aspects of client service, from communication to issue resolution and back-office processing. - Meeting Preparation
:
Assist in preparing for client and prospect meetings. - Compliance
:
Ensure the office meets all regulatory compliance requirements. - Marketing Initiatives:Coordinate and implement seminars, sales campaigns, and branch trainings.
- Account Management
:
Establish brokerage accounts and resolve account problems.
Licensing & Education
- Active Series 7 and Series 63/66 licenses preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Pay RangeUSD $34,102.00 - USD $49,382.00 /Yr.
