Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for patients, families, and partners. This role is responsible for providing accurate information, resolving concerns, scheduling services, and ensuring a positive experience aligned with Helvetica Health Care’s standards of care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a courteous and timely manner
  • Schedule appointments, verify patient information, and update records accurately
  • Assist patients with general questions regarding services, billing, and policies
  • Resolve complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, escalating when necessary
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and company policies
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Document interactions and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Support administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)
  • Previous customer service experience required; healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and customer management systems
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
