Customer Service Specialist II; Remote

• Handle inbound calls regarding account questions, product information, and customer requests
• De-escalate customer issues or escalat to a supervisor when necessary
• Assist customers with various digital banking services across multiple platforms
• Maintain adherence to department metrics for call handling and customer satisfaction
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate referrals for bank products and services

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, preferably in banking or a financial institution
• Minimum of one year of contact center experience or equivalent required
• Proficiency in using personal computers and managing home networking for reliable access to the employer's virtual environment
• Ability to type accurately and operate standard office equipment

• At least six months of outbound calling experience
• Six months of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Familiarity with Android and Apple products and supported web browsers
