Market Research Interviewer - Home based

Before you get started, ensure that you are completing this application using the device you will use to do the job. No Apple macs/mac books can be used, no tablets and no phones. You must use a Windows based laptop or PC - during this application a hardware test to verify that your device meets the requirements will be run.

Who are we? Field Locker is a market research company. What do we do? We conduct telephone surveys with other businesses and members of the general public. We do research on a huge variety of subjects, which can make the role very interesting. You get to talk to different people every day to ask their opinions on all manner of topics.

Who do we want? We are seeking home-based 'Telephone Interviewers'. The B2B team operates between the hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday  Saturdays 10am to 2pm. You get to choose what shifts you want to work each week. You can mix and match what days and shift times you want from the following Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (7.25 hours  lunch break) Saturday 10am to 2pm (4 hours) What experience or skills do I need?

Here's what we think makes a good interviewer Strong verbal communication - are you a good talker? Confidence - you'll definitely gain lots of confidence in the role, but can you talk to a stranger over the phone? Computer literate - can you use a computer and type accurately? Target driven - can you handle daily targets? Our Team Leaders help coach and motivate you each day to reach desired target Professionalism - can you be professional over the phone with all different types of people?

No experience is required as full training will be given. Do I need to have my own equipment? In short yes, you absolutely must have the following A quiet private place to work where you can sit comfortably for the duration of your shift A stable secure broadband connection A laptop or desk top with at least a 13" screen - NO TABLETS OR PHONES A webcam - we really like to see your face when our Team Leaders are working with you :) No Apple devices will work with our system A headset/headphones with a built-in microphone compatible with your laptop/computer What do we pay?

In line with the living wage we pay based on age bands which are currently 21 and over £12.21 per hour  holiday pay = £13.68 per hour equivalent. 18-20 £ 10.00 per hour  holiday pay = £11.20 per hour equivalent. 16-17 £ 7.55 per hour  holiday pay = £8.46 per hour equivalent. A bonus scheme is in place to add up to £275 per month We aim to respond to all applicants within 1 or 2 days but please allow up to 7 working days as we may be busier than normal!
