• Provide inbound and outbound customer support using a call flow guide

• Track, document, and retrieve information in databases

• Minimum of 3 months of soft sales experience, such as upselling or telemarketing
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong communication skills and a basic understanding of upselling and persuasion
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction‑free environment
• Proficiency in fast‑paced multi‑tasking and strong computer navigation skills

• Experience in customer service or sales roles
• Familiarity with various customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Interest in learning new technologies
• Previous experience in a remote work environment
