Mercier Consultancy MD is pleased to present an exciting opportunity for Italian Speaking Customer Service Representatives for an Automotive Company, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about the automotive industry and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service in Italian.

• Handle customer inquiries related to automotive products, services, and features via phone, email, and chat in Italian
• Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, pricing, and service options to customers
• Assist with scheduling maintenance, service appointments, and addressing any service-related questions
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient follow-up
• Collaborate with different internal teams to enhance customer experiences and address inquiries promptly
• Stay updated on industry trends and product offerings to deliver knowledgeable service to customers

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability to various customer needs
• Proficient in using CRM software and general office applications
• Must be able to work independently and must be located in Greece
