- Handle 20 to 35 inbound calls daily from Medicare members, ensuring high-quality service and one-call resolution
- Make outbound calls to physicians, DME vendors, pharmacies, and other entities to assist members
- Record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and transactions, taking appropriate action
- Escalate unresolved customer grievances while adhering to departmental policies
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality while providing empathetic support to members
- Must currently reside in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing both languages
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Teams
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Previous call center or related customer service experience
- Experience with case management processes
- Background in healthcare services
