About the job Customer Support Representative (Dutch speaker)
Are you a Dutch-speaking professional ready for a dynamic customer support role? We're hiring a Customer Support Representative (Dutch) to join our remote team in Turkey
. This position offers the chance to support international clients and grow within a global organization, all from the comfort of your home.
- Provide high-quality customer assistance in Dutch through phone, chat, and email.
- Resolve product or service-related issues with a customer-first mindset.
- Maintain accurate and detailed case records.
- Dutch language fluency and English communication skills.
- Turkish residence required.
- Previous experience in customer service or support preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and manage remote workflows effectively.
- Salary: 42, TL per month.
- Quality Bonus: up to 10% of net salary.
- Fully remote position based in Türkiye.
