Overview
We are seeking a passionate Customer Support Specialist fluent in German (C2) and English (C1) to join our remote team in Turkey. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring every interaction leaves them satisfied and informed.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to customer inquiries in German and English.
- Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps.
- Maintain records of interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance support quality.
- C2-level proficiency in German; C1 in English.
- Previous experience in customer support or call center environment.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-savvy and able to work independently.
- 100% remote role based in Turkey.
