We are hiring 3 Remote Live Chat Agents to join our customer support team immediately. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to our customers through digital chat platforms. We need fast, reliable, and professional communicators who can handle multiple conversations s is a 100% remote freelance position.
Key Responsibilities:Respond to live chat inquiries instantly and professionally.
Answer product questions and help resolve customer issues.
Manage 3–4 concurrent chat sessions without losing quality.
Log common customer pain points for the product team.
Maintain a high customer satisfaction (CSAT) score.
Experience:
At least 1 year in a Live Chat or Digital Support role.Typing Speed:
Minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy.Communication:
Exceptional written English skills.Multitasking:
Ability to switch between multiple tabs and chats quickly.Availability:
Must be able to start immediately.
Internet:
Reliable high-speed connection (Fiber preferred).Hardware:
Personal laptop or PC with a minimum of 8GB RAM.Software:
Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Intercom, or Tawk.to.Environment: A quiet, distraction-free workspace.
Shift: Various shifts available (24/7 coverage needed).
Schedule:
Flexible hours; minimum 20 hours per week.Mode: 100% Remote / Work from Home.
