Freelan Contract is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Customer Services Representative to join our team. As a full-time, remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from any location while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their needs
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Availability to work full-time, including weekends and evenings as needed
