A leading customer support company is looking for a Customer Support Advisor fluent in German and English to assist users of a major digital platform. This remote position is open to candidates based anywhere in Türkiye. Responsibilities include supporting users with technical questions, account issues, and inquiries across various channels like Calls, Chat, and Email. The ideal candidate should have a C1+ level in German and a passion for customer support.

Training will be provided online.
