A leading customer support service provider is seeking a Customer Support Advisor (German & English Speaker) to assist users of a major global platform. This remote position is open to candidates in Türkiye. The role involves supporting users with technical questions and account issues, primarily through calls and chat. Ideal candidates are fluent in German (C1+) and English, and should be motivated to grow their customer support careers.
